Asparagus Tip Salad, Dressed with a Cream of Salsify.

Black truffles & aged Xeres vinegar topped with foie gras & pistachio "marble".

Roasted Maine Lobster

On artichoke puree, tangerine salad, porcini oil.

Filet Mignon

With a truffle lobster mac&cheese "En Brioche". Shallot, thyme Bordelaise souce.

Note: there is lobster on top as a bonus because they had extra.

Selection of Artisanal Cheeses

Served with fig and pistachio bread.

Chocolate Wedding Cake (not pictured)
With passion fruit curd, syrup & butter cream.

Served with an array of homemade sorbets.
